For current students:
All current OSU students are welcome, including those at an OSU satellite campus or Columbus State Community College – you don’t even need previous rugby experience. The team is a great way to make new friends, represent OSU, challenge yourself and have a blast! Practices are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the corner of King Ave. and Cannon Dr. (between the Hospital and the river) from 6:30-8pm. Show up, introduce yourself and we’ll take care of the rest!

For High School students:
We recommend you apply to OSU the summer before your Senior year. Applying early not only helps your chance for admission but it ensures more funding available to you.

For Parents
So your daughter has told you that she wants to play rugby...don't panic!
Here is what we are about:

1. Academics are first. We require a minimum 2.0 GPA, though the team average GPA is approximately 3.0. We also have access to a support system to help your daughter be successful in her chosen academic field. We know her first priority is graduating.
2. We have an elite coaching staff of current adult-league players and OSU women’s rugby alum, who are committed to your daughter’s success on and off the field.
3. Our workouts are rigorous and will build your daughter’s self-esteem and develop healthy habits that will last long-after her time on the team
4. 4. Finally, rugby is a full contact sport and sometimes injuries occur. But we trainers at practices and access to trainers and other medical personnel if your daughter needs support after practice or a game.
